Refund Policy

SpaceCLASSIFIED acts solely as a virtual address aggregator and does not guarantee the acceptance of any address for legal or government registrations such as GST, ROC, or others. While we ensure verified partners and accurate documentation, we are not liable for rejections by authorities or delays caused by third parties. Refunds are issued strictly as per our refund policy and do not cover government processing failures, user errors, or change of mind. By using our services, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

All payments made for virtual address subscriptions, documentation processing, or related services are non-refundable once documentation has been issued or service has been activated.

A refund may be considered only if:

• A service was paid for but not activated or processed.

• A duplicate payment was made.

Refund requests must be made in writing within 7 days of payment, along with relevant transaction details.

Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

No Refund for Rejections

We are not responsible for rejections from government authorities (e.g., GST, ROC) once the correct documentation has been provided. No refunds will be issued in such cases.

If you choose to discontinue before the end of your subscription period, no partial refunds will be provided.
